(Ouagadougou, December 31, 2024). The Secretary General of the Presidency of Faso, Dr. Zakaria SORÉ, chaired yesterday Monday, the General Assembly (GA) of the staff of the Presidency of Faso. The agenda of this meeting focused on the appointment of staff representatives to the ethics committee and the anti-corruption committee as well as the revitalization of the staff mutual insurance.
At the start of the session, the Secretary General of the Presidency of Faso recognized “the work well done by the staff” during the year 2024 and urged all stakeholders to be more committed for better results in 2025.
“I would like to convey to you the recognition and congratulations of His Excellency the President of Faso who recognizes what you do, each at your level and in light of your skills and obligations. What you do, day and night, so that not only the house Presidency of Faso holds, but also so that the entire country can move forward,” said Dr. Zakaria SORÉ.
For him, the Presidency of Faso has the obligation of results, hence this General Assembly to set up certain management structures in order to set an example for other institutions to follow.
The General Assembly proceeded to appoint staff representatives to the anti-corruption committee and the ethics and professional conduct committee. These representatives made a commitment to work with loyalty and professionalism in these bodies.
The participants in the meeting also made proposals to boost the mutual insurance company of the staff of the Presidency of Faso.
